YES, we include FREE Basic Design time for the artwork on your print order.
That means you give us a brief description of what your after, the text and any graphics (such as your logo) that you would like in your design and we will try to create it for you.
Basic design does not mean that you have the right to continually change the design or features of the design and turn it into a lengthy project. It means that we are prepared to spend 10 to 15 minutes of design time, which is free, on your print order at a basic level to complete your order.
Submitting your own artwork
Customers who create their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing.
Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined in our design guidelines. We will print whatever you submit, and we are not reponsible for artwork mistakes which includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. No reprints at our expense
will be printed.

Is your artwork print-ready?
Artwork for printing needs to follow certain specifications to print accurately and clearly. We accept a variety of popular file formats, however you will be required to follow our design guidelines carefully and agree to our terms & conditions before we print. Alternatively you can get us to design your artwork for you.
We accept the following artwork-ready format in: PDF
We can also accept JPG, TIF, AI, PSD, EPS though they should have a print-readyPDF attached
Here is a guide on how to submit your "print-ready" artwork:
• PDF format preferred)
• Correct dimensions & bleeds (3mm all round)
• Minimum 200dpi resolution
• CMYK colour
• Fonts converted to curves
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you see on screen, to what the final product looks like, and previous orders. This is the nature of printing. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
No colour guarantee is given on any CMYK printed product as printing variance can occur. Digital proofs are a good indication, but are not exactly matched to inks produced. This also applies to artwork proofs that are emailed; we will not be held liable for miscolour matches as every computer screen will project a different colour. Please note that PrinTrix under no circumstances will be held liable for such occurrences.
Whilst we Endeavour to correct all-non personal spelling errors, please note that it is still your responsibility to proof all words and numbers, taking special care to Name spelling, addresses and numbers of any sort..
Due to physical limitations in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven. We recommend that borders be avoided.
Rules should be at least 0.5 points so that they won't break.
The current average turnaround time for printing products is 7-10 days. This is from the time receiving payment, to the time when you receive your order. Design time is extra. All printing is to be picked up or posted at the request of the business ordering, by registered mail and/or can be express delivered to your door at the expense of the customer.
On receiving your order, you will be given an invoice which needs to be paid before taking or having your printing delivered. Terms are 100% final balance to be paid upon completion. You may pay by cash, cheque or credit card. Payment details will be on the invoice.
PrinTrix caters for both short and long print runs by offering both digital and offset printing.
Yes, we can arrange delivery to anywhere in Australia through Australia Post. There are NO delivery fee's included in any of the prices and postage is an additional cost.
